toonless mother's day

One of the few advantages of being chronically disorganized is that I'm always running across photos and scraps of paper that I forgot I had. It's always a surprise. This is a photo of my late mother taken in 2003. She's holding a bobcat kitten that a mama bobcat had abandoned in a seldom used barn down on the farm. I miss you, Mom.

Hapy Mother's Day.

A beautiful mom you have, now I can imagine how beautiful you also are!

Bobcat, yikes now that is an experience I would have loved to share with you two...

I miss my mom too; and considering we were oil and water, that is saying something.

She must have been so proud of you!
Wish I'd seen this yesterday. I'd have felt less alone.
