Wow- The Jetson's wallpaper? Or maybe one of my futuristic families!
This reminds me of the classic cartoon scene (and in Blazing Saddles) where someone is in an old fashioned deep sea diver suit and a person on the boat kinks the hose. But that should be "bad news".
