remember:

I feel lucky if my day is exactly like yesterday and the day before. I love predictability and routine. A break in my routine usually involves something negative like a head cold or car trouble or the need to call a plumber. Boring is a blessing!!

Now THAT would make an interesting inspirational poster...though I doubt Tucker lets you get away with too many predictable days without mixing it up some.

Best inspirational poster EVER! I think this should go on the ceiling above my bed so I can see it when I wake up each morning. -Cin

You have NO idea how much I needed to see this tonight. Thank you, my friend. Thank you for making me laugh and making me see my errors in thinking.

PS, I love it when I see your posts on shoeboxblog.com. It makes me smile even more than every other post I see there. That's a LOT of smiling.

One man's rut is another man's routine. I love routine.

I agree. I hate those days with car trouble or head colds that interrupt my hum drum days.

there is a great deal to be said about the samo samo. not fielding disruptions and external crises means that i can take care of myself better and vary my own routine rather than have it changed for me. good on you!

Consistency creates the rut that is the groove that Madonna urged everyone to get into... how bad can routine be then? p.s. I am pissed that blogger doesn't put you in my dashboard so I can follow you daily!!

i couldn't agree more. Spontaneity and surprise? let the other's have it. Predictable = secure in my little pea brain.
