I was always fascinated with old empty farmhouses, as well. But I always wanted to stop and look inside. There were probably snakes, but I was sure my mom would keep me safe.

I love this, because I remember plenty of houses like that from my childhood! I can remember going in one, and it was no big deal, but they all had an air of ominous mystery!

There are plenty of them here in our county but on private property so can't always go in. I will go in veeery carefully and in daylight only. lol
